Unlike many of our competitors, JIR specializes in investigative research. Therefore, we have a superior knowledge in this aspect of an investigation

Why should I request an asset investigation?
Asset Investigations are key in finding out an individuals/company's worth (or lack thereof). It may also give you an idea into their pattern of financial decisions. Attorneys use this to find out the worth of an opposing party. Business owners can investigate a potential business partner. The list of reasons is endless.

Why should I request a background investigation?
Background Investigations dig deep into a person or company's past. This investigation will aid in making a safe choice with whom you employ. This can be very helpful when discrediting a witness, and great for checking up on a potential business partner.

Why should I request a locate investigation?
Locate investigations are used to locate individuals or companies. These investigations are helpful in conducting service of process and in attempting debt recovery.

What information do you need to begin an investigation
The following information is helpful to an investigation:
  • Full Name
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Last Known Address
  • Purpose of Investigation (mandatory)

How can I request a quote?
Quotes can be requested through our website, by e-mail or by phone.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (MST Arizona).

What do you charge for an investigation?
We charge $60/hour plus expenses. The employment verification has a special rate of $200/successful hit and no charge for unsuccessful hits.

If I request a quote through your website, how quickly will I hear back?
You will hear back by the next business day, if not earlier.

What is the turn-around time on an investigation?
All investigations vary. The turn around time can be anywhere from one day to two weeks. We do offer an expedited service.

What is your expedited fee?
We charge an extra $5.00/hour on expedited cases.
